Jack Carter Dies; Comedian, Actor Was 93

Jack Carter, a Broadway star and comedian, as well as a director and Emmy-nominated actor, passed away on Sunday at the age of 93.



Carter died from respiratory failure in his Beverly Hills home.



His career spanned beyond seven decades, with the comic even hosting his own namesake variety show for three years in the early 1950s.
